Noisy Offering

NOISY OFFERING~ We took a Noisy Offering for the Soup for the Soul    last Sunday, Grace helped raise $340.93!! Way to Go Grace!! Thank you !! **** ATTENTION**** A wedding band was found in the Noisy offering, if you are missing yours contact Leah in the church office. 679-1062

PASTOR DOUG ~ “Well done good and faithful servant…”

Pastor Doug has announced his retirement from formal ministry and his pastorate here at Grace. With that, the Church Council wants to celebrate Pastor Doug’s time with us with a dinner on Sunday April 24th, immediately following the 9:15 Worship Service. Everyone is invited and encouraged to come, eat, and share in this last day with Pastor, Barbara and their family. The meal will be provided by the Church so you just need to bring yourselves and memories if you want to share at an “open mike” time. “Well done good and faithful servant…”

24 Hour Famine

Update on 24 hour famine (April 15-16) we have had 2 parents sign up for the 24 hour famine. As of right now we do not have a male leader. Wednesday night Jessica will be at confirmation to take permission slips and give out event details to those who sign up. We have limited openings due to the lack of parent leaders. Boys are welcome to sign up but will not be able to spend the night if we do not have an adult male leader. If you are interested is becoming a leader please let Jessica or the church office know ASAP!

Family Fun Night

Family Fun Night is April 13th. We will be packing emergency food kits to give away at church and smaller kits that we will put together for the high school food shelf. We are in need of items to fill our boxes!! Please consider donating the following items:

Small peanut butter jars or single serve

Crackers

Tuna packets

Fruit cups

Granola bars

Oatmeal packets

We will also be putting together hygiene bags for the high school. Items needed for that are:

Shampoo

Conditioner

Body wash

DEODORANT- both men’s and women’s!!! This is probably the biggest need the high school has. 

All donations can be brought to church by Wednesday April 13th. Thank you!!
