KRUMKAKE EVENT!!! Do you have a Krumkake iron? If so, would you like to come and make Krumkake on Thursday November 12th at 5:00 pm at Jessica’s? We will be having dinner at Jessica’s as well. If you would like to come and help, please let Leah know in the office, so we have a head count. Also, Leah will be using her Thrivent Action Plan to donate all supplies for this event, so let me know what goes in your Krumkake and we will supply it all!!
** All Krumkake will be donated to Harvest Sweets @ the Bazaar!!**

SPECIAL REFORMATION SUNDAY SPEAKER! Through a special plan, we are bringing in an important person who was involved in the Reformation process. Actually, you will be quite surprised at who this is. So pass the word to be present this Sunday as we celebrate God’s Reformation of the Church. In addition, First and Third Grade students will receive a special book during the service.
Family Fun Night Fall Festival!! Please join us on October 28th at 5:00 pm for dinner followed by fun crafts and games. Hope to see everyone there!
Sunday School kids are being asked to collect food items for the Emergency Food Kits we will be assembling on the November 18th Family Fun Night. Here is the breakdown by class:
Pre-K- Fruit cups
Kindergarten- Ramen Noodles
1st Grade- Granola bars/Protien bars
2nd Grade- Oatmeal packets
3rd Grade- Tuna pouches
4th Grade- Peanut butter
5th Grade- Crackers- plain or cheese/peanut butter
6th Grade- Canned beans/Chili
All members of the congregation are asked to bring in food items for our packing night! We will be collecting items in the baskets in the Narthex. Any questions please contact Jessica.
On Saturday, October 24th, Trinity Lutheran will be serving a Lutefisk, Ham and Potato Sausage Dinner with all the fixings and topped off with Scandinavian desserts. Dinner will be served from 3:30 – 7:30 pm and tickets sold at the door. Adults are $15.00 for Lutefisk, Ham and Potato Sausage and $10.00 for Ham and Potato Sausage, children 6-12 are $5.00 and under are free. Everyone is welcome to savor this annual tradition!
